We would accommodate returns in cases like these if all of the criteria below are met:

  • You are returning a ( the) item(s) within 14 days of receiving it
  • The item(s) is(are) not washed, worn, and/or damaged (in good condition with the tag still intact)
  • You are willing to wait for us to receive the item(s) first before sending a replacement/refund/store credit
  • You are willing to shoulder the shipping cost of returning the item(s)
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Prior to sending it back to us, please be sure to contact so we would know firsthand of your intention prior to receiving the item(s).
