A quick answer to that is YES. We want you to be satisfied with what you ordered and your happiness is our success!
However, there are some instances that we will not allow this. We would accommodate returns in cases like these if all of the criteria below are met:
- You are returning a (the) item(s) within 14 days of receiving it
- The item(s) is(are) not washed, worn, and/or damaged (in good condition with the tag still intact)
- You are willing to wait for us to receive the item(s) first before approving a store credit/refund
- You are willing to shoulder the shipping cost of returning the item(s)
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Prior to sending it back to us, please be sure to contact email@example.com so we would know firsthand of your intention prior to receiving the item(s).
