If you're not satisfied with what you ordered, simply ship back the item to us. Please make sure that the following are observed:
- You are returning a ( the) item(s) within 30 days of receiving it
- The item(s) is(are) not washed, worn, and/or damaged (in good condition with the tag still intact)
- You are willing to wait for us to receive the item(s) first before approving a refund
- You are willing to shoulder the shipping cost of returning the item(s)
- The shipping fee is non-refundable. (subject to review)
And items purchased with a discount code or that were on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund, but you can exchange them for other items we have on the website with the same value or exchange them for store credit.
