Can I return a product that did not fit?
Yes, of course!
We would accommodate returns in cases like these if all of the criteria below are met:
- you are returning
an(the) item(s) within 14 days of receiving it
- the item(s) is(are) not washed, worn, and/or damaged (in good condition with the tag still intact)
- you are willing to wait for us to receive the item(s) first before sending a replacement/refund/store credit
- you are willing to shoulder the shipping cost of returning the item(s)
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
