Can I return a product that did not fit?

Yes, of course!

We would accommodate returns in cases like these if all of the criteria below are met:

  • you are returning  an( the) item(s) within 14 days of receiving it
  • the item(s) is(are) not washed, worn, and/or damaged (in good condition)
  • you are willing to wait for us to receive the item(s) first before sending a replacement
  • you are willing to shoulder the shipping cost of returning the item(s)

Prior to sending it back to us, please be sure to contact support@sizeupapparel.com so we would know firsthand of your intention prior to receiving the item(s).
