I received the wrong product in my order!

Please send an email to our support describing your issue. Please include the following:

  • A photo attachment of the product in question
  • A photo of the actual invoice or receipt showing the order you’ve made
  • Your order number
  • The product you have ordered (if more than one product in the order number)
